A great location! Clean rooms and kind staff. I love that they have ski valet and how close the lift is to the location. You can't get any closer than being able to watch the lift from your breakfast table. Great location with kids espcially if you don't look forward to hauling equipment. The breakfast was good and had options for everyone. Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. If I could change anything, it would be that they heat the pool to a higher temperature. Would stay again.
We are excited to be visiting The Osprey, This place has been highly recommended to us for the past three years. We are there December 14th-19th 2025 Do let me know if you also plan to be there this same week with Teens, looking to combine a private intermediate lesson or similar (snow dependant )
Great resort/hotel, service, and location. Clean, great free European style continental breakfast. They offer a free shuttle within the vicinity.
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Osprey. First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Everyone there greets you with a smile, is friendly, and very helpful - across the board! The breakfast every morning was sooo nice. A good mix of healthy stuff to eat, all fresh and delicious. The afternoon hot cocoa and apple cider (with mini marshmallows and peppermint) were also favorites. You wake up each day and your skis are out there ready for you to go! No need to take your boots to your room either. Forget your shoes? No problem, they give you slippers! My wife is a green skier, so the Strawberry lift isn't that convenient for her (getting back down is the challenge b/c of the steep blues at the end of the run). But, just behind the hotel, across the snow-covered bridge, is the chairlift with easy access to the greens. I think it took us 5 mins to walk from where our skis were to the lift. Every afternoon, I threw on my bathrobe (that they provide) and hit the hot tub! Another great feature and also very convenient. Just a great place to ski, relax, and enjoy the moment. We'll definitely be back!!
Just stayed here for a wedding on the mountain and had a WONDERFUL experience. Friendly and helpful staff, easy access to trails and the village, and beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms. Bonus points for the leasable backpack and open-able windows to help make the most of my first mountain experience. Would recommend and hope to stay again soon
I had an excellent experience thanks to Madison at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. She made us feel welcome and handled everything we needed quickly. Highly recommended this place, very good location.
Very nice place. Outstanding staff. Friendly. Clean. 2 reasons it was not 5 star. 1. Room was too warm. Even with windows down all day, 30-40ish degrees outside, it was warm in room at night. AC does not work in the winter I heard. Slept with no sheets. Not a big deal but weird nonetheless. 2. WARNING. Even after all the money to stay at Osprey, they charge $35 per night vallet mandatory. Even if you dont use you vehicle. To me thats Ludacris. Maybe I should have read the fine print but aweful overcharging. Maybe $10 fine, but $35 is just gouging.
We had a fantastic time! The staff really makes this place. Madison was so kind! Give that girl a raise. She was tip top. If she didn’t know the answer, she would go out of her way to find it. Spencer was great! Very family friendly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable
